We therefore call for an urgent intervention , if not already provided, to assess all the remaining option to stop a situation that seems irreversible, and enable the plant to survive and still perform its nice function and ornament to the superb double Pertini and Marconi. Finally, we wonder and ask the authorities: there will be someone who will pay the severe environmental damage (aesthetic, historical, economic, etc.). voluntarily already caused to the plant and who will pay, especially if the plant died monumental (as seems likely)? All this assuming it is possible to quantify the economic damage to a plant monumental (what criteria to adopt?). The responsibilities are still clearly identifiable and there are no excuses of any kind because everything was easy to predict!
